Pepper is the World’s Largest Shopping Community, Leading design in a cross-functional team, I focus on optimising content display in listings to boost click-outs and enhance user experience and usability. Through strategies like revisiting deal cards, analysing content logic, and considering user engagement metrics, we aim to amplify engagement and improve clickthrough rates. Our primary goal is to optimise content display and logic across listings, simplifying the user experience and leveraging keyword alerts to empower and encourage click-outs.
